Description: This unique facility forms part of a £1m development project and provides a regional base for specialist food and drink producers, particularly small to medium sized enterprises and rural businesses.

Lett + Sweetland Architects carried out an initial feasibility study, then developed a brief with the clients, producing a design which was the basis of a successful bid for funding to Advantage West Midlands.

The 725 sq m building contains an integrated, state-of-the-art complex including chemical, microbiology and sensory laboratories, an exhibition and promotion area, general offices, meeting room, cider and fruit juice production facility and a micro-brewery and drinks processing facility.
