Description: Lett + Sweetland were appointed as design architects on this 5050m2 development.

The office space is distributed informally around the site in six separate buildings each capable of sub division to four separate offices.

 

The design is influenced by traditional Essex barn forms, modified to allow natural light and ventilation to all areas.

 

The roof is split with a central hidden flat roof which allows natural light and ventilation into the centre of the building and provides a hidden space for external plant.

 

Each building has a public entrance side with four separate entrances and a quiet sheltered private side which is accessible from all ground floor units.
