Planning approval gained for this important site. A courtyard house type with underground car parking was developed to maintain the view to the Cathedral from houses overlooking the site.

Description:
A self build house designed to make use of passive solar gains with high levels of insulation including a rendered straw bale wall to the north. A hidden roof terrace gives panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from the elevated position of the house.
